19938) I was 10, turning 11, when every day, I would come home, eat 1/4 of an egg white, dump dinner down the disposal, then sit in my bed as I slowly fell asleep thinking about food.

i havent talked much about my anorexia past, but this pretty much sums it up. same age, same everything. I actually ate 1/2 egg white though and worked out 13 minutes after i ate it for 60 minutes. its so hard to say this because i’m so ashamed of that life.

it just hit me.

i’m 3 freakin pounds away from my goal weight. i can’t believe i’ve accomplished this. i can lose these 3 pounds, i can do this.

what is YOUR workout routine? cmon i won’t judge! are you happy with your routine and do you think it is working, are you seeing progress?

I’m liking this oatmeal for snack. Pumpkin oatmeal! Good substanctional snack expecially because im working out in an hour or so!

gym in a bit

im thinking about taking a day off strength training and JUST cardio…mesoeurhguer. I just don’t know what to do because i have a body circuit class tommarow that works all my muscles and muscle training should happen on non-consecutive days so i usually do (for example) abs one day, legs the other, arms the other, and so on for the rest of the week. thinking a solid 60 minute cardio sesh?
