Yesterdays bake. Hello texture!
60 minute strength class. 60 minute elliptical. SOLID? And nourished with egg white protein shake with blueberries and wheat grass powder. Good morning.
i havent talked much about my anorexia past, but this pretty much sums it up. same age, same everything. I actually ate 1/2 egg white though and worked out 13 minutes after i ate it for 60 minutes. its so hard to say this because i’m so ashamed of that life.

i’m 3 freakin pounds away from my goal weight. i can’t believe i’ve accomplished this. i can lose these 3 pounds, i can do this.
what is YOUR workout routine? cmon i won’t judge! are you happy with your routine and do you think it is working, are you seeing progress?
im thinking about taking a day off strength training and JUST cardio…mesoeurhguer. I just don’t know what to do because i have a body circuit class tommarow that works all my muscles and muscle training should happen on non-consecutive days so i usually do (for example) abs one day, legs the other, arms the other, and so on for the rest of the week. thinking a solid 60 minute cardio sesh?
